Dear SPM members,
I want to do the conjunction analysis on the second_level. I heard that
I could first do conjunction analysis for individual subject, then
save it to get a .img file. After that clicking on second-level to do one-sample
t-test. Selecting all saved .img files created for individual subject. I did as
suggested above just now. I only clicked on "one-sample t-test" and
specified the scans I created for each subject and gave the Directory whatever I
want. I didn't touch "Covariates""Masking""Global calculation and Global
normalisation", because I don't know how to define them. Then run. After that I
got SPM.mat. Then I clicked on "Estimate" on SPM menu, selected SPM.mat I
created just now. Using "classical method" which is default. Then hit run. But
it turned out to be a error message like this "no inmask voxels--empty analysis".
I don't know why I got this. Could anybody give me any suggestion? Thanks in
advance!
