Hi Julia
The PPDP you include with your completed portfolio need not be identical to
the one you initially submitted.
This is for all the reasons you outline below. Some people even highlight
the changes to illustrate professional development.
The PPDP is an 'organic' document and the assessors would expect to see
changes and amendments to it. You can also use it as the basis for your
Revalidation when it will change and grow further.
I hope this helps

I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on the PPDP?
I am at the writing up stage of my portfolio and re-visiting my PPDP that
I submitted to CILIP when I initially registered. Over the period of
working towards chartership, some areas of my development plan have
changed. Is it acceptable to alter this document when it is submitted as
part of the portfolio or should it stand in its original form? I am adding
an 'outcomes' column and assume that this document is 'fluid' as training
needs and experiences will evolve over time, but am just not sure!
Thanks
Julia
