Hi Boris,
I have a cygwin image made in WinXP (also 32-bit windows on a 64-bit
-Core2- machine). I have stripped all the FSL GUI things off it, because
they don't work (there's something wrong with Tcl/Tk in the latest cygwin).
From the command line that you sent in the e-mail I figured you're a
scripting man, so the lack of a GUI might be a minor inconvenience :)
You are entering the system as user 'user' who has all these environment
variables set.
Feel free to drop me an e-mail if you would like to try this image.
Unzipping it in C:\ (so that you have c:\cygwin and the rest) should
make it work.
Must say though I am back full-time in Linux Land at the moment and
happy as Larry...
