Hi,
We use a Philips 3T scanner for DTI. There's a method to save the
data on the scanner in .PAR and .REC files prior to exporting them to
any computer connected to your scanner.
I've used these .PAR/REC files and used FSL to convert into analyze
format for DTI analysis, but, I presume, you could confirm to the
niftti format if preferred.
