Hi FSLers,
What is the point of using a mask when running a 2-sample T-test in
randomise?
When comparing zstat maps (from melodic) is it best to use a mask
representing the mean of both groups, the union of the means from each
group, the intersection of the means from each group, or no mask at all?
Thanks.
