As it stands, DC-XML-Min isn't a profile of RDF/XML - I just updated the
existing proposal.
But, yes, it could be made to be one, I think - though, depending on
what subset of the DCAM description model is to be supported, that might
involve some slightly "verbose" constructs in RDF/XML.
