Do you mean that you want all spectra in the window to effectively be
scaled (as far as the contours are concerned) so as to have the same
maximum intensity peak? (And my "maximum intensity peak" I assume you
mean peaks in the data model sense, so that we are not looking for the
maximum height of the data across the entire spectrum but just the maximum
height of the peaks.) We have a scale associated with each spectrum
(settable in the Edit Spectra dialog in one of the columns near the right)
so we could add a button to set the scale using this idea.
