Dear Peter,
you should try to re-compile the files in the /src directory,
customizing some lines of code within the Makefile (make a copy before
working on it...) in order to smoothly match the filesystem and the
compiler(s) (i.e. gcc or icc) of your machine. The "make" command will
do the final job and then put the compiled .mexglx files into the main
SPM folder....
