Pardon my stupidity, but I don't waive my right to consecutive
translation*. I can parse the individual words, but I don't understand
what you did. Moreover, when I click on the hypertext, it downloads one
image, but you say "two masked maps are shown". I would agree that I
see a map in two different colors (or, perhaps, two maps in two
different colors), one of which highlights a Trp.

*Speeches at the UN are translated simultaneously into 4 or so other
languages. However, protocol allows for the consecutive translation
following the speech, which is presumably more accurate, because the
translator can understand where the speaker is going and adapt the
translation accordingly. However, for all speeches that I have ever
watched (all during some crisis or other in the 1960's), the speaker
waived the right to consecutive translation.
