I have run into problems when assigning 3D spectra, hopefully someone can
help me out.
I've started by assigning my HSQC anonymously, and from that spectrum
assigned my hncoca by using the "link peak lists" function. In the end I've
set the "assign non-root dim?" column to yes, and then pressed "assigned all
target non-root resonances". This gives my peaks in the hncoca the following
tag:
{1}[H-x][C-x]{1}[N-x]
Is there a way to link the F2 assignment to the same residue as the F1 and
F3, giving a tag looking like this:
{1}[H-x]{1}[C-x]{1}[N-x]
And wouldn't this be a more "correct" tag? You can do it by manually
assigning each peak, I know - but can it be done automatically?
The other issue I have is assigning the hnca spectrum. I want to copy the
peaks already picked from the hncoca spectrum to my hnca spectrum, and I've
tried using the "copy peak assignments" function without success - is there
a way to do this?
Cheers
Robert
