Subject: [SPM] WFU pickatlas mask and study specific template in SPM5
Dear list,
I am currently working on a VBM study on children aged 11-12 years. I
have
two groups: conduct problems (n=24) vs controls (n=24). I have two
questions:
1) I am using the WFU PickAtlas to generate ONE mask with 4 ROIs
(amygdala, acc, insula, and OFC) to increase the sensitivity of my VBM
analysis. For the OFC, I have made the union of BA 10, 11, 12, and 13.
In
the advanced mode, I tried to save my mask, but got the following error
message:
Error using ==> wfu_pickatlas>getadvancedregion
Too many input arguments.
Any idea of what the problem might be?
2) I had a look at the list and found some emails about study-specific
template in SPM5, but I am still confused. Is it worth creating a study-
specific template considering the age of my subjects and their number?
If
yes, can anyone provide me with some info as to how the template can be
created?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Best wishes,
stephane
