City Centre seminar room, Francis Bancroft Building, Mile End
Colleagues are invited to attend the first in a series of three ESRC-funded
seminars which consider the way the politics of life both incorporate and
are unsettled by geographical issues. The seminars are jointly convened by
the Departments of Geography, QMUL and Cambridge.
Speakers for the first meeting include Professor Brian Salter (UEA),
Professor John Harkness (University of Minnesota), Professor Richard
Ashcroft (QMUL), Dr Gerry Kearns (Cambridge), Dr Adam Hedgecoe (Sussex).
Attendance is free and all are welcome. Please let us know if you are
planning to come so that catering can be provided.
