medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
Does anyone know of the status of Irenaeus's writings during the
Middle Ages (for this question, between Jerome and Erasmus)? Any
first-hand (or even second-hand) citations?
It seems to me that some Renaissance humanist or other rediscovered
the _Adversus haereses_, but I haven't yet found this explicitly stated.
Thanks,
Jonathan
