Yep, as far as I am aware only ep2d_diff uses it. I don't know if there is an additional DICOM header entry for having set "prs" in the DiffusionVectors.txt but let me cc to Micheal Zwanger, he will know. Michael - can you help us out?

No, it doesn't. I didn't know about this. I'll have to look into it. Any more information you have would be appreciated. Is it only the ep2d_diff sequence that uses this file?
