Hi - I'm afraid we don't have much (any?) experience of running FSL
inside Cygwin inside Vista. However, as far as I know FSL still
doesn't work with the current version of Cygwin - you need to follow
the instructions on the FSL instal website about using an older
version of Cygwin - that _may_ work.
Note that we're still planning, for the next release of FSL
(hopefully late summer) to switch away from Cygwin and start using
Vmplayer instead, i.e. running FSL inside a Linux inside Windows.
This should provide a better analysis environment in general and make
support easier.
Cheers, Steve.
