Hi - the GUI just calls the command line version -
What happened was that you had an extra volume in the directory, that
was just called volume.hdr, which eddy_correct thought was one of the
volumes in your data
Unfortunately, eddy_correct has now deleted volume.hdr - sorry. But
it should work ok if you set it going again.
