Teaching Fellow in Human Geography (PS231/07)

£26,915 - £32,137 per annum
We are seeking a highly motivated human geographer, with a commitment to excellence in
teaching, who will contribute to the delivery of the School's undergraduate degree in Geography.
You should have an interest in social/cultural geographies and development/globalisation issues,
and competence to teach at all levels of the undergraduate degree programme. Preference may be
given to candidates also able to contribute to a core honours course on ideas and methods in
Geography.
You will have, or be about to complete, a PhD in Geography (or cognate discipline). Teaching
experience at university level would be an advantage. The main duties of the post will focus on
teaching.
The post will start on 1 September 2007, or as soon as possible thereafter, until 31 August 2008.
