Some answers to the below (Tim will no doubt be able provide the answers
to the assignment questions).
The dotted line not disappearing is a bug. Actually I found another few
related bugs while looking at various issues to do with 1D, so I'll have
to sort those out as well. The problem is that for 1D windows the
slice visibility is used for the same thing as positive and negative
contour visibility settings for 2D windows, and the code was originally
written for the latter only, so there are still some bugs in the code to
do with the former.
You can move the dotted lines up and down by using the e and r keys.
(These just move the associated contour levels up and down. They also
affect all spectra that are active in that window.)
The list of shortcuts (except for the spectrum toggling) can be found by
going into the Macros --> Edit Macros dialog.
