Hi Mathilde -
there is a modified version of spm_getSPM provided to the list by Jan
Gläscher (thanks for this!) some weeks ago.
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0703&L=SPM&P=R3301&I=-3
It allows you to choose between 'current' and 'other' SPM.mat when
displaying 2nd level results. Simply save it to the top of your Matlab
path, worked fine for me.
Best wishes,
Maria

Dear SPM experts,
I would like to know what to do in order to mask (inclusive or
exclusive)
interaction or conjunction
by a contrast with spm2 second level (random) analysis :
as a matter of fact, when I want to mask , spm2 opens the window of
contrast where there is only the set of con*.img corresponding to the
individual interaction or conjunction contrast and I don't know how to
include another set of con*.img corresponding to the contrast used to
mask
(as it is easily feasible with individual analysis).
Thank you in advance for your answer
