Hi, SPMers:
I study SPM5 manual carefully, especially in the tutorial Face data (in
chapter 26) and have a question about SOTs (in page 185 of SPM manual,
published on 3 July, 2006)
on Page 185, "Before setting up the design matrix..., sot{1} contains
stimulus onset itmes in TRs for event type 1...." The keyword which
confused me is "... in TRs..."
Why? Because I examined the cell array of SOT.m in which the number, eg.,
sot{1}, does not match with the figure 26.2 Times series of events (p176).
On figure 26.2, the latest onset times of event 1, for instance, is around
470 sec. But the cell array sot{1}(end) is 238.5 sec. The TR for the
tutorial data is 2 sec. So, I was wondering if the content of cell array,
sot, should be "real onset time divided by TR", is it correct or wrong?
The other timing data in SOT{2} to SOT{4} are much shorter than that on the
figure 26.2
Please assist,
