Dear all SPM community members,
I am currently working in an fMRI project. We are now planning voxel
sizes. AFAIK, the more isotropic the voxels, the better. When we have
got to that part in the sequence planning, there are two different
parameters that you can set up: acquired voxel size by one way, and
reconstructed voxel size by the other way. Which is more important? I
guess that the bigger the acquired voxel is, the better (if you want
higher SNR) even when it is changed to smaller size later (I think that
this is what reconstructed voxel means...). So reconstructed voxel
wouldn't make any difference about SNR. Am I right about this assumption?
Thanks in advance,
Juan J. Lull
