Hallo BAS
I've created a batch for spm5 using the method you propose.... just
create a jobfile, then doubleclick on the nameofthejob.mat to open it
as a MATLAB struct-variable .... understand it's structure and how to
manipulate it (systematically for a batch) and then use
spm_jobman('run',nameofjobvar) to run the job
