with a bit of MATLAB coding you can achieve this using spm_get_space:
Vrea = cellstr(spm_select); % realigned images
Vtgt = cellstr(spm_select); % target images
for ci = 1:numel(Vrea)
M = spm_get_space(Vrea{ci});
spm_get_space(Vtgt{ci},M);
end;
