Morning everyone
I posted a couple of months ago when I commenced my new role as RMN in an
NHS OH Dept. I have settled in and have now started to see clients and my
role is beginning to develop. Part of this involves offering a mediation
service for colleagues in conflict, which has an impact on sickness
absence. I have completed a certificate in workplace mediation, and I have
a feeling that I will be very busy! I wondered what other areas have in
place regarding mediation services, their level of demand, and any
policies and procedures that they follow.
Many Thanks
Heather Howard
