Tower Hamlets Community Research Network
The Community Research Network aims to provide a forum for health
researchers, practitioners, and community researchers to meet, present on,
get support for, and discuss new research initiatives in an informal
environment. Meetings are aimed at creating a network of researchers
interested in research and action on health issues in East London. Mohamud
Ahmed will be presenting at our first meeting. John Eversley (London
Metropolitan University), will give some background and outline the aims of
the Network. Meetings will take place monthly:
8th May Substance misuse in the Somali community

5th June Asthma and School attainment among Bangladeshi school
children

3rd July Child and Adolescent Health in East End Children
Prof. Stephen Stansfeld
Meetings are open to the public, free of charge and all are welcome. If you
