I'm a couple of years out of date, but off the top of my head,
There's Trevanion house in Devon or maybe Cornwall. When I knew of
them, they also organised transport from all over England so it would
be worth asking to see if they still do. They have a website as well,
a search engine should turn it up.
There's also Winged Fellowship, they've renamed themselves lately,
"Revitalise" I think. They went through a rough patch a few years ago,
but they seem to be on a "re-invent", so might be worth a look, they
almost definitely also have a website too.
Otherwise I'd plug a few key words into the internet and see what other
hits you might get.
