Hi
I am having a problem with assigning a residue, I get the following traceback
>>> Exception in Tkinter callback

TypeError: getAtomProbability() takes exactly 4 arguments (2 given)
I have a (horrible) feeling it may be because of the renumbering of the 2nd
half of my chain (it is the two residues immediately before the gap that are
affected).
Is there anything I can do to remedy this? I thought about copying the
assignments to another chain?
Cheers
Ben
