Najib
This is a summary of what we got back from our TSM when we first started
getting this problem at the beginning of the year. We're currently
running v6.3 but soon to upgrade to 7.1. Basically, just switch off the
editor or get an upgrade!
"I would recommend the users to turn of the wysiwyg editor in Personal
Settings for now.
The problem is know and is because Vista comes shipped without an
ActiveX control used in all Blackboard version upto and with 7.0. In the
following releases (Release 7 Application Pack 1 and 2), Blackboard has
change to an DHTML control that solely relies on the browsers capability
instead of relying on an operating system level component on the users
workstation."
