Hi,
Using the Global null option comparing a patient with a group of normal
subjects the shown region is very small. Since to get a significant result
only implies one or more of the effects are non-null I would expect to
have a bigger region. I guess it could be caused because the variance is
estimated from the group of normal subjects, could anyone clarify me what
do the regions I’m seeing mean?
Thanks in advance,
P.B.
