Maybe it's true in money that Oxord offers the lowest price increases but
thats not necessary true in percentage. Elsevier use to maintain that they
rises prices in the lowest percentage range. This was confirmed by an older
examination that showed that the small
Big Deal traders tried hard to catch up with Elsevier's already high prices

The LISU study seems dubious even if I haven't read it yet. Is the study
part of Oxford Journals marketing?
