That's right.

The only normalisation of intensity values occurs within the first-
level analyses pre-processing, the "grand-mean intensity
normalisation" where each subject's entire 4D dataset is normalised
to have a set mean brain intensity. Hopefully that's what you're asking.

Yes, this should work right in FSL3.3.
