No, there is no non-free version of VTK in Debian.
But are we all talking about VTK5. To my knowledge there is no
libvtkPatended in VTK5. It used to be in VTK4 though. And in the VTK4
packages all the patented stuff got removed.
The only thing Debian removes ATM is MPEG2 decoding algorithms (but only in post-etch
packages).
Grep'ing the current VTK5 source (both upstream and Debian) does not
reveal any library of that name.
