Hi,
if you recall I had a problem with a truncated .fsf file for a FEAT analysis some days ago. I thought it was my mishandling of the file, but in fact I just noticed that when I save from the FEAT_GUI the .fsf design, I get the following error and the file is truncated half a way:
Error:
can't read "fmri(evg3.1)": no such element in array
can't read "fmri(evg3.1)": no such element in array
while executing
"puts $channel "
# Higher-level EV value for EV $i and input $j
set fmri(evg${j}.$i) $fmri(evg${j}.$i)""
(procedure "feat5:write" line 533)
invoked from within
"feat5:write .r 1 1 0 /mounts/jukebox_static/osherson/mmonti/LingLog2/FSL/Group/Gr_15_OLS"
("uplevel" body line 1)
invoked from within
"uplevel #0 $cmd $args"
I tried changing the order of my input to see whether it was a specific subject causing the problem but so far it doesn't seem to be the case. It always truncates after the ninth line:
[...]
# 4D AVW data or FEAT directory (8)
set feat_files(8) "/mounts/jukebox_static/osherson/mmonti/LingLog2/FSL/MW/Scripts/MW_all.gfeat/cope1.feat"
# 4D AVW data or FEAT directory (9)
set feat_files(9) "/mounts/jukebox_static/osherson/mmonti/Ling
[end of file]
I tried re-doing the script from scratch, but got the same problem.
Suggestions?
thanks
martin
