MY CLIENT IS CURRENTLY SEARCHING FOR A NUMBER OF PROFESSIONALS TO JOIN
THEIR INTERNATIONALLY RESPECTED BIOMETRICS DEPARTMENT, INCLUDING
BIOSTATISTICIANS AT VARIOUS LEVELS OF THEIR CAREER.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful applicants will join an existing team of Biostatisticians
to support the Phase II/III drug development across a number of disease
areas. This support will consist of providing biostatistical expertise
in the design, planning, conduct, analysis and preparation of reports
for clinical studies and global development programs in addition to
registering drugs at the FDA and other regulatory agencies worldwide.
Your role will also include the support of scientific publications, you
will be asked to work with cross functional teams to achieve results and
ensure scientific validity and to make sure that overall quality of
deliverables is always of the highest standard.
Qualifications:
The client will consider applications from candidates with:
* An MSc or higher (or equivalent) in Biostatistics or Statistics
* Pharmaceutical industry experience or relevant experience in
Clinical Trials
* A sound knowledge of SAS or other statistical packages
* The ability to integrate statistical and biomedical concepts.
* A good team player and the ability to be flexible to adopt
project standards, processes and regulatory requirements
* Good Communication skills in English (written and verbal) are
essential.
