We are planning acquisitions of fMRI experiment in order to evaluate
cognitive functions on Steinert patients. A usual clinical test is the
Conner?s CPT, a task lasting 14 min and consisting in the presentation
of target and non target stimuli at rate variable from 1Hz to 0.25Hz.
Inserting two rest period at the beginning and at the end of the test
will allows us to analyze activated cerebral areas during the overall
test using a blocked design?
If not, what changes would you suggest us?
