just check and read very carefully the release notes of the last EGEE  
broadcast for the production (patch 21)

Dear members of the EGEE Grid Production Service,

UPDATE 21 for gLite 3.0 has been released to the EGEE Grid production service.
The priority of the updates is: Normal

The following are the main enhancements and bug fixes:

* glite-yaim
   ----------
   - This is a release of major new version of yaim: glite-yaim-3.0.1.  
  This version contains changes to the 3.0.0 series of yaim in the  
areas of:
     > DNS-like VO names
     > YAIM''s hierarchical configuration storage
     > Changes in the groups.conf file
     > Special accounts management
     > Queue management
