No, I don't think so - thanks for reminding me ...
You could hack the info provider, but lcg-ManageVOTag is a client tool
so that's trickier. Possibly the location of the tag directory should be
published itself ... maybe doable with the Location object, although I'm
just thinking on the fly so I may be wrong :)
