There has been some signifiant work done in this area at the University of
Washington. The Do-IT program. The primary contact for the resource is/was
Sheryl Burgstahler. THe full program is called Building the Team: Faculty,
Staff and Students Working Together. Do-IT stands for Disaiblities
Opportunities Internetworking Technology. The program has a very detailed
outline around disclosure and shared responsibilities for students and
