Does anyone have any thoughts on the minimum requirements where PPS23 (ie
a desk study and risk assessment)is to be implemented?
According to the PPS23 document, any development that has a sensitive end
use requires a desk study/risk assessment submitted with the planning
application.
However, does it seem a bit over the top to require a desk study/risk
assessment for a development of one single dwelling on land that has
previously been garden use?
Any thoughts?
