Hello,
That remaining printing bug was noticed by one of the students here a day
or two ago and has been sorted on the CVS version of the code. The manual
specification of the regions is in the next release (out next week).
Because of changes for the latter and lots of other changes I decided not
to try and put the fix for the former on the update server (there are so
many changes I'm worried I'll forget to add something and break everyone's
programs). If you want to fix that bug in your own version before the
next release then edit the file
ccpnmr/ccpnmr1.0/python/ccpnmr/analysis/PrintWindow.py. In the function
setupHandlers(), the first for loop used to be:
for yAxisRegion in yAxisPanel.sortedAxisRegions():
and that line should be *replaced* by:
yRegions = yAxisPanel.sortedAxisRegions()
yRegions.reverse()
for yAxisRegion in yRegions:
