Society of Archivists Data Standards Group
Annual General Meeting,
2.15 pm Thursday 31 May 2007
Panizzi Room, British Library, Euston Road, London
Members of the Society of Archivists Data Standards Group are cordially
invited to our Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2007 at the British
Library.
We are delighted to welcome as our main speaker Jon Newman who will be
talking to us about the Revisiting Archive Collections project, sponsored
by MLA London.
In order to plan refreshments and as places are limited, could members
please let me know if they plan to attend. I will e-mail or send further
details and business papers to those attending.
This year’s AGM is of particular importance as we will be electing a new
chair for the Group. Bill Stockting will be retiring from this position,
having served the maximum four year term of office. We hope therefore to
have a good attendance of members to elect his successor at our business
meeting.
