RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Salary Range £21,050 - £23,692p.a (subject to job evaluation)
The AHRC has awarded the University of Stirling a major research grant to
study the life and career in cinema of Lindsay Anderson. The University,
which holds the director’s personal and working papers, wishes to appoint a
Research Assistant to join the project team. The successful candidate will
catalogue Anderson’s extensive correspondence to item-level and provide
support to the project team. Practical experience of working with archives
is essential and knowledge of the history of British cinema is desirable.
This is a full-time, three-year position which will commence on 1st
September 2007 or as soon as possible thereafter. The salary will be
within the range £21,050 - £23,692p.a.
