We have a limited number of audience places at the postgraduate / early
career researchers one-day symposium, 'Minding the Gap': Reflections on
Media Practice and Theory, to be held at Reuters Institute for the Study of
Journalism, University of Oxford, on Saturday 12th May 2007.
A brief programme can be found below.
The event runs from 09.30am - 6pm and the keynote speaker is Professor Brian
Winston, University of Lincoln.
The cost of the event is £15.00 'waived fee', returnable on registration at
the event on the day. Delegates need to return a cheque payable to:

Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis on receipt of the
cheque / form. The fee includes two tea breaks, a buffet lunch and an early
evening wine reception after the event. Information on accommodation in
Oxford can be obtained from Cathy Baldwin, email as above.
Travel information and directions will be sent to all paid-up delegates
together with a full programme nearer the date.
