Emergencies training program can now be accessed at:

and background, cost, photos and links to the three organizations hosting the
course: American University of Beirut, Asian Disaster Preparedness Center and
Makerere University Institute of Public Health. These organization have joined
with World Education, Inc. and the International Rescue Committee to
form the PHCE Partnership which is committed to building the capacity of
the humanitarian community to respond more effectively to the health
needs of refugees and internally displaced persons around the world:.
Course Schedule - 2007
April 16-28 - American University of Beirut, Lebanon
August 13-25 - Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, Bangkok, Thailand
December 3-15 - Makerere University Institute of Public Health, Kampala,
Uganda
Applications can now be completed and submitted online or the form can
be downloaded, completed and returned to the organization hosting the
course by email, fax or post.
