Dear All,
Now that the closing date for proposals for IWMW 2007 has passed we are
starting to shape the programme.
One type of session that has in the past been very popular is the
opportunity for group discussion on topics of general interest to
participants. In previous years this has taken the form of panel session
and debates. We are exploring the options for repeating this
approach. Some of the areas that might be of interest to participants
include:
* Role of Institutional repositories. Are they for example repeating the
mistakes made with CMSs?
* Best approached to Web site development. What are the strength and
weaknesses of in house vs outsourcing?
* Rethinking your Web strategy. Should the Web still be regarded as an
information resource or is it a general platform for providing access to
a number of applications?
If you would be interested in participating in a session on these topics
(or have other suggestions) please get back in touch.
We also have space for a few more parallel sessions/workshops. If you
would like to propose a session please get in touch.
Details on what is required in a session are available from the Web site:

Thanks
