Naace are running a Think Tank/Seminar on learning platforms, on 20th April,
which is open to all.
Senior staff from schools and LAs will be speaking about the teaching,
learning and school-organisation benefits being gained from learning
platforms, the issues and challenges being tackled in implementing the
systems and the necessary change-management.
Use of a very wide range of learning platform systems will be discussed,
with the eleven speakers talking about the use of Capita/Learnwise,
Digitalbrain, Etech Studywiz, Frogteacher, Fronter, Kowari, Microsoft,
Netmedia, RM, Tag Learning and UniServity systems. It will therefore be an
excellent event at which to get an overview of how learning platforms are
developing.
There is already a diverse range of educators attending and representatives
of the suppliers will also be joining in the discussions.
Go to http://www.naace.org for full details and the booking form - and you
will see the 'Back2back Think Tanks' advertised at the top right of the
page.
