Far be it from me to quell anyone's business, but as I work with a museum
collection which has an income approaching zero, we always print our own
scales. Using Microsoft Word, you can make a two row table with centimeter
squares, colour alternate ones in black and customise the scales as you like.
Print off what you need, as and when. Since the scales are for comparisons and
not as a means of accurate measurement, the accuracy of this method is good
enough. We have found that for longer term displays, laminating in matte
wallets works fine.
