Hello Roman,
the voxels/points in native space should first be available as image,
but I guess they already are. This image should have the same resolution
as the native image you originally have segmentated/normalised.
The image should also be in coregistration with that same native image -
best check that with the coreg function.
Then you could try the normalise=>write function, pick the [...]sn.mat file
and the image to be transformed. Decide for an interpolation method, as the
image will have to be resliced. The result should be a map in MNI space.
