Dear Forumers,
I am passing this proposal on to you all. I am now part of an ad hoc
Contraction and Convergence support group. Our aim is to support Aubrey
Meyer by promoting C and C as widely as possble and through increasing
its profile. IN particular, we seek to bring HMG to a position where it
backs C and C at the COP-13 round in Bali this December. Though this is
an extraordinarily tall order, here is a an opportunity for Crisis
Forumers (and others!) to do a little bit in support of Aubrey and
Global Commons Institute - in a VERY tangible way which will benefit
all of us enormously and help build up the necessary momentum. So make
an application to Alcan (as below) and before the March 31 deadline if
you can/will. And get your friends to likewise!
thanks
Mark

Subject: Fw: Alcan Prize for Sustainability 2007
Dear C and C team,
This prize should go to the GCI and Aubrey. I am completing an
application, and suggest that all of us do, plus end it to others who
might be so inclined.
Best wishes
Robin
