POST DOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
This post offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic research
team in the Structural Biology group of the Faculty of Life Sciences.
The project will involve the structure determination of regulatory
protein complexes critical in MAPK signalling pathways. This exciting
project is part of a multidisciplinary Marie Curie research training
network recently funded by the EU: “The Structure, Regulation and
Function of Protein Tyrosine Phosphatases in Development and Disease”,
that offers the opportunity to interact and work in different European
laboratories
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a PhD in protein
crystallography with a strong background in protein crystallography and
biochemistry. Candidates must be non-UK EU Citizens (UK citizens who had
worked abroad for the past 4 years are also eligible).
This post is tenable for up to three years and is available
immediately.
